Located on the Bolgheri Region of Tuscany, Chicca founded her cooking school over 20 years ago and loves sharing authentic Italian recipes with her guests. In todays virtual experience we will learn how to make a delicious pasta dish - Cavatelli with Asparagus! Cavatelli pasta is popular throughout Southern Italy and traditional today in Abruzzo, Campania, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily. Made from three simple ingredients, durum wheat semolina flour, lukewarm water, and a pinch of salt, cavatelli are considered to be one of the oldest pasta types. Buon Appetito!
