About the Event

Located on the Bolgheri Region of Tuscany, Chicca founded her cooking school over 20 years ago and loves sharing authentic Italian recipes with her guests.  In todays virtual experience we will learn how to make the much loved pasta, Gnocchi.

Gnocchi is a universe of small and soft dumplings. This unique pasta has many different variations reflecting the various regions within Italy.  The different regional traditions make use of a variety of ingredients: semolina, ricotta and spinach, breadcrumbs, pumpkin and many more. This gnocchi recipe, made without potatoes, is prepared just with flour and water. It’s the easiest homemade gnocchi recipe, ready in 30 minutes, light and delicious!  Chicca will teach how to make the easiest gnocchi dough, roll them out and prepare a delicious sauce!  Buon Appetito!
